Nationwide Effort to Target Unsafe Driving in Week-Long Law Enforcement Blitz

(Oct. 16) – In 2015, 3,852 people died in crashes involving large trucks. Most of the crashes were a direct result of driver error. Often it is passenger car drivers operating unsafely around big rigs, and sometimes it is truck/bus drivers not operating safely.
